1. Touristic Promenade (7 km Long)

A scenic promenade along New Alamein's shoreline, featuring pedestrian paths, cycling lanes, shaded seating, commercial outlets, restaurants, cafes, sports courts, and parking spaces. The promenade is divided into five zones:

Zone 1: From Al Masa Hotel to Boghaz 1 Bridge (700m).

Zone 2: From Boghaz 1 Bridge to Boghaz 2 Bridge (2,000m).

Zone 3: From Boghaz 2 Bridge to Boghaz 3 Bridge (1,500m).

Zone 4: From Boghaz 3 Bridge to Boghaz 4 Bridge (1,600m).

Zone 5: From Boghaz 4 Bridge to the Presidential Palace (1,300m).


2. Boghaz Alamein Bridges Over the Lagoons

Boghaz 1 Vehicle Bridge – 43m wide, 105m long.

Boghaz 2 Vehicle Bridge – 43m wide, 105m long.

Two pedestrian bridges over Boghaz 3 and 4 – 60m each.

Connecting bridges between the promenade and Boghaz 1 – 4.6m wide.


3. Lagoon Edge Formation

Shaping the 5 km-long artificial lagoon boundaries, including beaches and deepened outer formations.


4. Shoreline Protection

Installing marine barriers (sea tongues) around the lagoon openings to prevent coastal erosion.


5. Tower Construction

Developing three skyscrapers in the beachfront district, covering a total of 40,000 sqm.

Each tower consists of a basement, ground floor, mezzanine, and 38 repeated floors, reaching a height of 100m.
